With the Delta Dental of AZ PPO plan, expenses for covered services are reimbursed at a certain percentage after the deductible is paid. Delta Dental of AZ has two networks available: the Standard network provides the greatest level of provider discounts, and the Premier network includes more providers, but with slightly smaller discounts.
